These policies apply to all purchases made through MangaZone. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to all policies listed on this page.
We want to be transparent about our refund terms. Please read this section carefully before placing your order.
2.1 General Policy – Cancellations and Refunds
Once an invoice has been generated and sent to your registered email address, the order cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued. This applies regardless of the reason, including but not limited to a change of mind, delay in delivery, or ordering the wrong item by mistake.
We strongly encourage you to verify your cart, shipping address, and item selection carefully before completing your purchase. A Invoice generation generally takes 24-48 hours, if it hasn't been sent to your email then during that time you can cancel your order. You will be refunded 97.64% of the paid amount in this case.
2.2 Exceptions – When a Refund Will Be Issued
A refund will be considered only in the following two exceptional circumstances:
a) Non-Delivery of the Item
If your order has not been delivered and there is no proof of delivery confirmed by the courier, you may be eligible for a refund. This exception does not apply to delayed deliveries. Shipping delays caused by courier partners, high-demand periods, weather, or other external factors are not grounds for a refund.
b) Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive an item that is entirely different from what you ordered (i.e., a different title or product), you may be eligible for a refund. This exception does not apply to items that have been damaged in transit. Damage caused during shipping is handled separately by the courier and is outside our refund scope.
2.3 Refund Amount
Where a refund is approved under Section 2.2, the refund will range from 90% to 100% of the invoice value. Any deduction within this range accounts for payment gateway processing charges and related fees incurred at the time of the original transaction.
2.4 How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund claim, you must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date (for non-delivery) or within 48 hours of receiving the wrong item
- Email admin@mangazone.shop with the subject line:
Refund Request – Order #[Your Order ID] - Include your order ID, a description of the issue, and supporting evidence (e.g., photos of the delivered item for wrong-item claims, or courier tracking screenshots for non-delivery claims)
We will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
2.5 Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Cancellation requests after invoice generation
- Delivery delays
- Change of mind after purchase
- Item ordered incorrectly by the customer
- Items damaged during transit
- Failure to collect the package from the delivery location after multiple attempts
