These policies apply to all purchases made through MangaZone. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to all policies listed on this page.
3.1 Shipping Locations
MangaZone currently ships within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
3.2 Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation. During peak periods (sales, new releases, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.
3.3 Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched and the shipment is booked with our courier partner, you will receive a tracking email at your registered email address. This email will contain:
- The name of the courier partner
- Your tracking number
- A link or instructions to track your shipment
Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for the tracking information to reflect on the courier's system.
3.4 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is made.
3.5 Delivery Attempts
Courier partners typically make up to 2–3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after all attempts (e.g., recipient unavailable, incorrect address), the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply, and refunds will not be issued.
3.6 Responsibility After Dispatch
Once an order is handed over to the courier partner and a tracking number is generated, responsibility for timely delivery shifts to the courier. For any delivery-related issues, you may also directly contact the courier partner using the tracking details provided.
