We make reasonable efforts to keep our product listings accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that all listed products are in stock at the time of your order. In the rare event that an ordered item is unavailable after payment, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or an alternative if available.

4.4 Pricing and Payments
- All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By completing a purchase, you agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions.
- MangaZone is not liable for any additional charges levied by your bank or payment provider.
4.5 Order Confirmation and Invoice
An order is considered confirmed upon successful payment. A GST-compliant invoice will be generated and emailed to your registered email address upon order confirmation. This invoice constitutes the point from which our Refund Policy under Section 2 applies.
4.6 Refund and Shipping Policies
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to our Refund Policy (Section 2) and Shipping Policy (Section 3). In particular, you acknowledge that:
- Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once an invoice is generated, except under the limited exceptions stated in Section 2.2.
- Shipping is available within India only.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
4.7 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MangaZone shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or your order
- Loss or damage to a shipment caused by the courier partner after dispatch
- Delays in delivery due to reasons beyond our control
- Any technical issues, downtime, or errors on the website
Our liability in any case shall not exceed the invoice value of the specific order in question.
4.8 Grievance Redressal
